Q. SHOULD I REPAIR OR REPLACE MY BROKEN HOME APPLIANCE?

A. With a broken appliance in your house you have only two options. You can call for professional appliance repair and try to cut costs. If that works, you can continue using your current oven, freezer, refrigerator or washing machine and dryer. The other choice is to buy a newer model.

Your appliances come with an average lifetime. If it’s a broken appliance in the beginning or in the middle range of that lifetime, we suggest hiring Pace Appliance Repair. If the home appliance is somewhere near the end of its expected lifetime, we suggest replacing the appliance with a newer model if your budget allows.

Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. When it is time to schedule an appointment from Pace Appliance Repair, we provide a two to three hour window for our arrival at your house. And, our technicians will call 15 to 20 minutes before their arrival. We understand just how important our your time is. Because of that, we do our utmost to be prompt. Because some repair jobs require more time than estimated, we give our repairmen some cushion to complete a previous job and not be late for the next job.
